The Heavy Duty Box Maker HBM-86, is designed for customers who need to make large quantities of custom corrugated containers. Versatile programming, accessible through a 10.5 inch color touch screen, allows the heavy duty automated box making machine to re-create specific package designs whenever you need them: 33 different box styles, and 3000 different combinations of dimensions can be stored in memory.

The machine is approximately 140"L x 60"W x 60"H - 500 lbs

The infeed / out feed tables are 60x60x32H - there are 3 total. 

This machine makes a custom cardboard box in one pass from a piece of cardboard. The operator enters the size of the box they want to make and the machine automatically moves the cutting heads into place and then it is ready to feed the blanks into the machine. This style of machine uses razor blades as the cutting device so it is simple and quick to change the blades.  All of the adjustments to the box style and size are done on the touch screen on the left hand side of the machine. The machine can make everything from regular slotted containers to telescoping boxes to nesting dividers.
